We have an extensive range of equipment and machinery in our workshop, all of which enables us to craft products to the high standards that our clients have grown to expect.
Our Masterwood 5-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) woodworking machine – made by the experts in Rimini, Italy – is a particularly versatile and high performance piece of machinery, which we use to produce everything from staircases and furniture to windows and doors.
For maximum productivity and flexibility, we use a full-featured three-dimensional software package – giving us full control of the 5-axis capabilities – along with specialist staircase software. We also use two bed types: a ‘pod and rail’ system generally for solid timber work, and a ‘flat-matrix’ for sheet materials.
Depending on your requirements, we can either construct your CNC machined items at our workshop in East Preston, West Sussex, or supply the components as they are, straight from the machine. Get in touch to find out more.
